Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance and support of all IT systems
  • Office 365 support
  • Server 2012/2019 support
  • Support of all communication tools
  • Support VMware, Server 2012, Active Directory, Exchange
  • Liaise with suppliers in resolving issues
  • Support & maintenance of cabling & switching infrastructure
  • System alerting and monitoring
  • Monitoring of system backup processes
  • Monitoring desktop/server security 
  • Webserver administration and monitoring
  • Maintain system and infrastructure documentation

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Industry certified professional qualifications to a minimum MCSA Level
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 essential with strong Sharepoint knowledge
  • Server 2012-2019
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure & networking protocols
  • Experience with VMware and Veeam
  • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and outside of core business hours if required
