Your new role;

As the new CQV Engineer, your job will include ensuring compliance to all regulatory GMP, Safety and Environmental requirements.
You will participate in Mechanical Completion walkdowns and support Commissioning/ Qualification activities as well as lead troubleshooting efforts.
You will be collecting data and developing the following: maintenance job plans for equipment/systems, work instructions for maintenance of equipment, SOP's, safety risk assessment.
As the CQV Engineer you will Participate in FMEA exercises with support from other functions.
Other duties include:

  • Optimising work tasks, collecting spare parts, tools or other services requirements.
  • Liaising with project hand over team to ensure that the correct information is captured.
  • Assisting with development of technical Training Materials.
  • Running applicable reports and pulling documents together for meetings and audits.

What you will need;

As the new CQV engineer, you will have a level 8 degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5 years experience in maintenance/ operations support.
You will have experience using Computerised Maintenance Systems (such as SAP) , developing Safety Risk Assessments and experience of FMEA’s.
