Inbound Customer Service Agents




Due to their continued success in the BPO sector, my client is recruiting Inbound Customer Service Agents to meet their growing business needs. This role is an excellent way to gain experience in a professional enivronment and build administration and systems experience. All roles are permanent and include basic salary of €21,000+bonus. Inbound calls only.


  • Act as a first point of contact for customers
  • Escalate queries where necessary
  • Up-sell where possible
  • Work to assigned KPIs and targets
  • Maintain a positive company brand through providing excellent customer service
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date records on internal system


  • Previous experience in a call centre is an advantage but not essential
  • Fluent English is essential
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer focused role
  • Experience working to targets or deadlines
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Pro-active team player with a professional manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
