Job description

Dublin based organisation seeks a skilled Administration Assistant with a minimum 3 years' relevant experience to join their team.

The right candidate will have excellent communication, coordination and time management skills. 


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team and managament
  • Liasiing with various teams / departments as required
  • Document proofing, formatting and preparation
  • Managing correspondence as required
  • Email, call and post management
  • Data entry and data management
  • Report generation, collation and analysis
  • Meeting coordination
  • Provide general and ad hoc administrative support as required


Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years'relevant experience
  • Previous office based experience - essential
  • Strong attention to detail, administrative and coordination skills
  • Able to work off own initiative
  • Exellent communication and people skills required
