Dublin based organisation seeks a skilled Administration Assistant with a minimum 3 years' relevant experience to join their team.
The right candidate will have excellent communication, coordination and time management skills.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Providing administrative support to the team and managament
- Liasiing with various teams / departments as required
- Document proofing, formatting and preparation
- Managing correspondence as required
- Email, call and post management
- Data entry and data management
- Report generation, collation and analysis
- Meeting coordination
- Provide general and ad hoc administrative support as required
- Minimum 3 years'relevant experience
- Previous office based experience - essential
- Strong attention to detail, administrative and coordination skills
- Able to work off own initiative
- Exellent communication and people skills required
