Corporate Administrator




My client, a well-known multinational organisation is recruiting a Corporate Administrator to work on their site in Kerry. This is a permanent position.



  • First point of contact for site visitors
  • Manage documentation in line with audit requirements
  • Site access management for new starters and maintain people management system
  • Maintain management training records
  • Manage POs as they are required
  • Review and distribute various reports
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Manage meeting rooms and on-site events
  • Record minutes of meetings as required
  • Facilitate sport and social club
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required


  • Previous experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment
  • Highly proficient in full MS Office suite
  • Experience with SAP is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
