Work hours are 37 hours p/w on a rotating pattern which gives you the flexibility to maintain a work/life balance. The salary is 21k basic with an uncapped commission structure to keep you on your toes and keeo hitting those KPI'S!!


Responsible for handling client accounts with all billing related queries, escalations, overdue bills and payment solutions. You will be representing the company with everything that you do so they are looking for someone with unrivalled customer service skills and the confidence to handle difficult situations/escalations as and when they arise. You will have the level of attention to detail that is needed for these types of roles whilst being able to work as efficiently as possible to maintain set targets on performance.

Advantageous experience:

- Call centre environment experience is ideal
- Confidence on the phone
- Experience of working to targets and reaching them consistently
- Experience in resolving complicated situations in the best possible way
- Data entry experience would be fantastic
