Job description

Talent Acquisition Partner, Co. Wicklow – JW124

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a North Wicklow based engineering company. This person will be a key driver in the growth of the company in Ireland and globally.

In this role you will support all recruitment requirements throughout the organisation. You will work with Management and Senior Stakeholders to understand their business and requirements to assist you in finding the best talent for them. You will be key in the development of the employer brand to prospective candidates ensuring their recruitment experience is of the highest standard from start to finish. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to get involved in some HR related tasks such as HR Projects, Onboarding, HR Administration etc.

To apply you will require a minimum of 3 years in-house recruitment experience, ideally in an engineering or technical organisation. You should have a passion for dealing with people and enjoy collaborating with employees all levels. In addition to this, you should enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment where performance and recognition are key drivers.

A car is a requirement.
