IT Support Engineer (Spanish)
Great opportunity for an IT Support Engineer who is fluent in Spanish to join a growing and exciting team in a South Dublin company.

What you will be doing:

 • Troubleshooting software, hardware and networking issues for our global internal users
• Troubleshoot end user issues 
• Administration of active directory
• Support and administration of our Dynamics CRM platform, VoIP system and other platforms
• High proficiency in Office 365 suite of applications to assist end users
• Log and update issues and requests for team visibility
• New user setup and removal (necessary accounts, licensing, groups, hardware etc.

What you need:

  • Fluent Spanish
  • Experience working with Active Directory 
  • Experience working with Office 365 
  • Any experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or VOIP is a bonus
