Payroll Specialist – Dublin City Centre – €45,000 – Permanent

Payroll Specialist – North West Dublin - €45,000 – Permanent

Currently recruiting for two Payroll positions in Dublin City Centre and North West Dublin. 

General Responsibilities

  • Ownership and management of the monthly and bi weekly payroll process for over 700 employees.
  • Ensure statutory payroll requirements are met
  • Regular updates of internal and external information
  • Acting as point of contact for employees and stakeholders relating to all legislative requirements
  • P45 submission and P30 (PAYE/PRSI/USC) returns.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ideal candidate will be a Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or have a Diploma in Payroll Management.
  • Strong MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word).
