HR Ops Administrator




My client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation, is recruiting a HR Ops Administrator to join their shared services centre based in Cork.


  • Acting as point of contact for HR queries
  • Escalate HR issues where necessary
  • Administration and management of HR data and documentation
  • Updating HR systems in an efficient and timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Adhere to existing compliance standards, processes and GDPR requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and address any issues


  • Level 8 degree in HR or similar relevant area is essential
  • Fluency in English and French/German
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR
  • Experience working in a busy environment with cross-functional teams
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong systems experience (particularly SAP and Workday)
  • Flexibility in relation to working hours is an advantage
