Accounts Assistant - Dublin City Centre

Job description

Excellent opportunity for an account assistant to join leading MNC in the luxury brands industry. The ideal profile is someone with 2+ years’ experience in an MNC or PLC.

Job Responsibilities
• Managing the receivables and payables accounts.
• Assist with month end close
• Preparing and doing monthly payments to all payables
• Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Respond to internal and external supplier and vendor queries
• Sending invoices to all receivables each week and ensuring payments are received regularly from all.

Job Requirements 

• 1+ years’ experieents nce as an account assistant
• Excellent communication skills
