Job: IT Helpdesk Engineer (Tier 2)
Contract: Full Time, Contract (1 year)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Support Engineer to join a Multinational Company based in Galway.
Investigate IT issues that have been escalated from Tier 1 support
Troubleshoot technical problems via phone, email or remote control
Monitor network and infrastructure issues
Escalate technical issues to Tier 3 support if needed
The Ideal Candidate for this job
2 years’ experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline
Strong networking knowledge and a good understanding of routers/cabling/switches
