Busy financial services provider currently seeking an Office Manager to join their team.
Office Manager will be responsible for overall running of the office, must come from a similar role.
Must have excellent front of house and presentation skills.
• Facilities management, responsible for Reception.
• Basic HR duties/ Tracking annual leave, onboarding, starter packs.
• Meet and greet all visitors and clients.
• Diary management.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Microsoft Office Proficient.
• Excellent communication skills.
