Excel Administrator

Working with a global financial company looking to hire 2 strong temp administrators that will take raw data from excel format and convert into Word producing a final document in line with company specifications.

Duties include:
• Preparing financial statements in Word incorporating excel tables and formatting the document to Company specifications
• Filing (paper and electronic)
• Ability to prioritise and work within a tight schedule for various work authors simultaneously

• Strong word processing skills demonstrating speed, accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with particular emphasis on Advanced word formatting, ensuring ability to transfer data effectively from Excel to Word & formatting of financial and legal documents.
• Min. of 2 years experience in a similar role.
