French Jobs in Dublin.  French Helpdesk Customer Support.   Located in Dublin North.  Salary 30k plus Benefits.    Permanent.

 

Do you speak French and have technical support or helpdesk experience gained in an office environment?  Well come and work for this lovely Engineering related company located in Dublin North, close to Dublin Airport.

They are looking for a fluent English & French speaker for customer services on the Technical team where you will be Troubleshooting and dealing with technical issues. 

Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Working as part of a busy team in the Customer Technical Support Team
  • Dealing with technical issues via phone, email and online chat
  • Problem solving and Troubleshooting
  • Researching and determining resolution to the issue
  • Working closely with other internal teams
  • Administration
  • Busy and varied role

Experience required

  • Written and spoken fluent French
  • Written and spoken fluent English
  • At least 1 year working in Technical Support or Helpdesk or similar role  University Degree a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
