Our client is a busy Mechanical and Electrical Contract Engineering company based in South Dublin.
Currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team, this person will be front of house and will support both this company and a sister company with administration duties and manage reception desk.
Ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and 1-2 years solid administration or Reception experience.
• Take inbound phone calls, mostly client calls.
• Schedule engineer visits.
• Support follow up administration from ongoing projects.
• Manage Calendar, set up meetings.
• Meet and greet clients.
• Stock maintenance.
• 1-2 years’ office-based experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
