My client, a company in business over 30 years, a true competitor in their sector, is hoping to add an Office Administrator to their office based in Dublin 15.

Duties – not limited to:
• Reception responsibilities
• Facilities management – stationary, stock, orders etc.
• Supplier relationship management
• Invoice/Payroll/Quotations/Rosters – Sage experience is required
• General Office Administration


Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• Sage experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
