Leading financial services company based on the outskirts of Cork city (and on bus route) are looking for 2 temporary administrators for a 4 month assisgnment to start immediately
Supporting two divisional departments you will act as admin support and duties will include:
- Preparing financial statements in Word incorporating excel tables and formatting the document to Company specifications
- Take raw data from the said department primarily in excel format and convert into Word producing a final document in line with company specifications.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similiar role
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills are a prerequisite for the role
- Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with particular emphasis on Advanced word formatting, ensuring ability to transfer data effectively from Excel to Word & formatting of financial and legal documents
- Strong word processing skills demonstrating speed, accuracy and attention to detail
Must be available to interview this week with a start date of the 2nd December
