We have 2 opportunities for Experienced Personal Assistants based in City Centre

Do you pride yourself on your organisational skills?


Are you an experienced PA looking for a new challenge?

Responsibilities (not limited to)
Administrative support and office management duties.
Diary management, meeting arrangements.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Expense management.
Reporting, forecasting and presentation management.

Requirements
Diary management experience is a must
Travel arrangement experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Time management and organisational skills essential
Resilience and a can-do attitude are important
