Finance Manager | Dublin City Centre | 60,000 | Contract (6-9 Months)

A non-for-profit organisation require a finance manager with 2+ years PQE to join their team. The role is originally a 6-9-month contract but there is a realistic chance of extension. The selected candidate will be responsible for overall management of the finance function (2 team members)

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure the preparation of monthly financial report for the Head of Finance
  • Assist in the preparation of Statutory Accounts in SORP format
  • Prepare a monthly reconciliation with the fundraising administrator to ensure accuracy of all records
  • Responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation of Payroll within payroll deadline is completed by the Payroll Administrator
  • Review payroll reports before passing to Head of Finance, IT & Risk for sign off

Job Requirements

  • Fully qualified Accountant
  • Must have people management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
