Senior Payroll Specialist - 50-60k pro rata - Cont

My client a tech multi-national just off grafton street currently have a requirement for an experienced payroll analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This will be an 11 month contract initially. As EMEA Senior Payroll Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and efficient administration of payroll processing for multiple countries within the EMEA region, specifically the UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden and Italy

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review EMEA payrolls inputs and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Review benefits admin and collaborating on different new implementations and transitions
• Lead HR SAP transition projects
• Ensure payroll compliance
• Review monthly payroll checklist and error log and find solutions for improvement
• Coordinate Irish payroll processing
• Meet regularly with SAP stakeholders and Finance Management
• Ensure documentation of internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity
• Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements

REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years experience in payroll for multiple countries. Must be IPASS Qualified
• Experience on benefits implementations/benchmarking/transitions
• Strong project management skills
• Experience of vendor management
• Strong Excel skills
