Our client based in Dublin City Centre has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join their amazing corporate, state of the art offices.

The job ….. is primarily Front of House and Reception with a focus on Administration also.

Your Duties
All front of house responsibilities
Meeting room maintenance and organisation
Managing a switchboard
Diary/Calendar management
Facilities duties
Organise and arrange events
Administrative support to other staff

Excellent telephone manner
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a corporate/similar environment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
At least 1 years experience in the above duties
