- Outbound and inbound calls to address member issues
- Retaining and renewing membership
- Ensuring excellent customer service experience for all members
- Take full ownership of all member contact
- Strong communication skills
- Decision making ability
- B2C experience
- Ability to advise and influence
- Experience in sales and/or customer service
- Preferably APA qualified (or working towards) but not essential
