My client based in South Dublin is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive. They are an Irish SME who service the healthcare industry and have over 300 employees.

You will be responsible for:

Account management & Client Relationship building and maintaining
Arranging and resolving schedules
Resolving issues with a high level of customer service
Updating and maintaining records and internal system
Reception cover as needed

To be considered for this amazing opportunity:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service/customer focused position
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Strong MS Office Skills
Understanding of working with reports though Excel
