HR Generalist - Contract
Human Resource Generalist position (contract initially) available in North Dublin.
This role sits on a medium sized HR team and will involve exposure to all aspects of HR with lots of variety mixed in with day to day operational HR.
You will be responsible for a headcount across multiple sites, but travel will be reasonably minimal.
There will be lots of variety in this role including day to day HR Operations as well as HR project work within Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Organisational Change, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, HR Business Support, Comp & Bens.
- 3rd level qualification in HR and/or CIPD.
- 3 years+ broad HR experience at an operational level across multiple areas of HR including Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Business Partnering, etc.
- Employee Relations experience including disciplinaries/investigations.
- Good organisation and communication skills as well as being a strong relationship builder and partner to the business.
