My client a large MNC based in cork currently have a requirement for an experienced AP Manager. You will have 6 years strong MNC experience and have managed a large team
• Manage a Purchase to Pay team of 8-10 individuals
• Coaching and developing a team to its fullest potential
• Recognize and reward excellent performance within the team
• Work in partnership with various teams across the group
• Ensure the culture of compliance is reinforced continuously within the team
• Improving processes and procedures
• Coordination and oversight of key Purchase to Pay processes
• Review Key performance metrics with impacted stakeholders
• Governance of the Outsourced Business Partner for Purchase to Pay and ensuring that service delivery meets SLA metrics.
• Qualified Accountant with strong P2P experience within a multi-national
• Strong people management
• Strong project management experience within the P2P area
• Experience using SAP would be beneficial
