My client, an established Irish SME within the construction industry are looking for an accounts administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The company place a big emphasis on creating a positive working environment and this role is ideal for someone with experience working in a relatively small office (6-10 people).
- Managing the receivables and payables accounts.
- Assisting with weekly payroll
- Data entry for creditors + debtors through Sage;
- Sending invoices to all receivables each week and ensuring payments are received regularly from all
- Creation of Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
- Assisting with general admin
- 2+ years’ experience in an account’s admin role
- Sage experience an advance
