Accounts Administrator | 32,000 | Permanent | West Dublin

My client, an established Irish SME within the construction industry are looking for an accounts administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The company place a big emphasis on creating a positive working environment and this role is ideal for someone with experience working in a relatively small office (6-10 people).

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the receivables and payables accounts.
  • Assisting with weekly payroll
  • Data entry for creditors + debtors through Sage;
  • Sending invoices to all receivables each week and ensuring payments are received regularly from all
  • Creation of Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
  • Assisting with general admin

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in an account’s admin role
  • Sage experience an advance
