Seeking an experienced administrator to join a busy company in Dublin City, ideal candidates must have between 2-3 years experience in a similar role and looking to progress in their career, this person will support more senior members of staff and it’s a great opportunity to develop their PA skills.

Responsibilities include:
• Receptionist duties.
• Support office manager, personal assistant duties.
• Travel arrangements.
• Invoicing and expense claims.
• Petty cash management.
• Managing phone systems, setting up/terminating staff accounts.
• Managing access cards.
• Coordination of meetings.
• Minute taking.
• Ordering stock, including catering.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong IT skills.
