What you will be doing:
- Getting in front of customers and explaining the technical aspects of the product
- Build custom demo solutions and prototypes when needed, and deliver product demos to prospect customers
- Manage technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Identify and resolve customer roadblocks and requirements and offer Solutions that are provided throughout the sales cycle from beginning to end
- Work closley with product management and data scientist teams
What you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in a B2B pre-sales role with a good background in data
- Ability to be able to explain the product to both technical and non-technical customers
- Experience with data processing (ETL) and data visualization (such as Tableau or Qlik) solutions and concepts
- Solid understanding of search technologies, machine learning concepts, SaaS platforms, and APIs
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and solutions, AWS, Microsoft AZURE
