Customer service representative required for our client based in North Dublin

Do you have 2 years experience in a busy Customer Service job or Call Centre?

Your duties will include
Delivering the highest level of customer service
Phone and email queries, calls and complaints
Maintain and develop customer relationships and accounts
Striving for the best performance for you and your team

Min 3 years’ experience in a busy call centre or customer service position
Business level English is a must
Professional telephone manner
SAP Experience
Some experience in working with KPIs would be an advantage
