Customer Service Representative

Job description

Based in North County Dublin / Fingal, we are looking to find a passionate, engaging and solution-focussed Customer Service Representative.  

In this role you will be...

  • Providing customers with excellent after-sales and customer care administration support
  • Acting as the first point of contact for product requests, queries or issues from customers
  • Working along-side your team as well as liaising with other divisions in order to find solutions to client queries 
  • Managing all customers assigned  - with a focus on professionalism, urgency and being available to the customer 
  • Suggesting solutions to system issues or improvements to processes in order to imporive efficiency 
  • Managing the order fulfilment process and ensuring all bottle-necks are being examined and resolved 

For this role you will need...

  • Intermediate level Excel skills 
  • Experience using an ERM system - preference around SAP or Oracle
  • Experience in providing after-sales service to customers
  • Ideally, would have experience in supporting the UK market
  • A process focussed approach
  • Previous experience in a telephone based, customer-service position would be required - 1 - 2 years' preffered
