My client is a well-known financial services institution present in multiple countries in Europe. Their Dublin office is located in City Centre.
- Reviewing processes and making necessary improvements;
- Monitoring and reporting of customer service performance and continuously improving customer service standards;
- Assist management with launching new products and products changes.
- Fluent German and English;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance industry within claims, underwriting, data management, business analysis or compliance role;
- Great MS Excel skills, experience with Pivot tables and Vlookups.
