Insurance Team Leader - French

Job description

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000

 

An international financial services provider is looking to hire a French speaker to lead their operations team in Dublin City Centre.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan workflow for team members
  • Train team members and external partners on operational processes
  • Process claims on behalf of various partners of the business
  • Ensure all staff comply with CBI guidelines as well as local regulations in country of operation
  • Provide reports for management on various KPI topics

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent French and English
  • 3-5 years insurance experience
  • Previous management/team lead experience
  • CIP qualified or currently undertaking exams
