Job description

Our client is a leading inside sales and sales development agency and they are looking for you to join their Program Support Specialist team.

If you are looking for a new opportunity and have experience in telesales, working with KPI’S and support this is the job for you.

This Job will require you to:
-Make inbound, outbound and support calls. email, chat, Web Ticket, client’s community and Social Media cases.
-Identify customer requirement/issue.
-Complete logging of customer contacts per process, closing case per process
-Research and Troubleshoot customer issue to resolution
-Complete logging of customer contacts per process, closing case per process

Experience:
-Have the relevant experience minimum 6 months in Sales, Engineering, Marketing or other relevant experience background, preferably in a multinational company or a University
-Being familiar with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
-Having worked previously in a multinational environment with various nationalities, being psychologically savvy on cultural differences
