Customer Service Administrator

Large food service company based in Dublin 24 are seeking a Customer Service specialist to join their busy offices on a permanent basis.
Must have strong administration skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ideal candidate will have strong team skills and sales ability.

Responsibilities include:
• Handle incoming and outgoing service calls.
• Work in conjunction with accounts team to reduce company debtors.
• Cross selling/Upselling on each call.
• Handle complaints.
• Resolve delivery issues.
• Support sales reps
• Maintain company database
• Compile ad-hoc reports
• Organise documentation
• Post various marketing notifications to customers
• Binding of brochures and price lists

Requirements:
• 3 years customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft office skills. Advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills
