One of Ireland’s largest utilities providers is looking to recruit a Product Manager who will report into the Head of Marketing at their head office in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will have full accountability for driving the overall product strategy.
Contribute toward the annual development of the company’s product range because of good analysis of the market, the environment and consumer and competitor trends.
Identify emerging trends and develop new product opportunities such as an app to increase company market share.
Working and collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience and Retention Teams to identify areas of customer problems and issues.
Develop marketing/promotional brand ambassador programmes to aid partner development in line with sales team activity.
Record and analysis data in relation to threats and opportunity – identify the needs of products both on a long and short-term basis.
Manage all product training and company product catalogues
Deliver customer trade shows and product events
3rd level qualification in relevant marketing or procurement / purchasing business related discipline
3-4 years’ experience in a B2C Product Management role.
Proven track record of successfully managing / launching a consumer product from end to end.
Experience of working with technical teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver product to market.
A focus on the commercials, i.e. revenue and profits levels
