Job description

Our client is a leading payments provider for Ireland, and they are looking for someone to join their inside sales team.

If you are looking for a new opportunity and have experience in telesales, working with KPI’S and support this is the job for you.

This Job will require you to

  • Proactively reach out to existing and new customers to generate new sales, up sell and cross sell, utilising inbound leads and our database to support own lead gen activity
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Identify and track KPIs including MIDs, transaction volumes and profitability
  • Liaise with Operations, Finance and Sales to quickly resolve any customer service or billing issues

 

Experience

  • 1-2 years telesales experience
  • Developing and generating new business ideas in a targeted environment
  • Excellent telephone communications skills
  • Can develop and nurture relationships both within the organisation and with customers.

 

 

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €27k with bonus of €6k

Non-Contributory pension and Life Insurance after 6 months
