DB Pensions Administrator

6-month contract – start date ASAP

€30,000 - €40,000

Dublin 4

Our client is a semi-state body who are looking for a DB Pensions Administrator to join their team in Dublin 4 on a 6-month contract today!!

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration of Defined Benefit pension scheme
  • Coordinating Trustee meetings – arrange meeting rooms, prepare minutes etc.
  • Membership reconciliations for payroll – monthly
  • Assistance with Audit and preparation of Trustee Annual Report
  • Any other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Pension Administration role with DB pension experience
  • Previous experience with HR/Payroll systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.
