Complaint Handlers - Financial Services

Job description

Salary: €30,000 - €45,000

 

A financial services provider based in Dublin City Centre is looking to hire a number of Complaint Handlers/Dispute Resolution Officers on a 6-month contract basis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complaints ensuring resolution within agreed service times
  • Liaise with both parties and ensure they both agree to involvement in potential mediation
  • Contact parties via phone, email and arrange face-to-face meeting s where required
  • Escalate non resolved disputes to internal teams
  • Maintain records on ongoing and resolved disputes

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a complaint handling/mediation role in financial services
  • Knowledge of financial service regulations in Ireland and the EU
