Corporate Trust Administrator 

Global Client Administration

Expanding team located in Dublin City Centre

9 month contract

The Trust Administrator will be responsible for processing key specialised functions whilst also ensuring compliance with all firm and corporate trust policies. You will be the Subject Matter Expert and will report to the Team Leader. 

Some Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cash & Trade Processing
  • Debt Service Payments
  • Compliance Monitoring
  • Client Services 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Financial Services background minimum of 2 years relevant banking experience
  • Knowledge of Loan Administration, Syndicated Loans and/or Structured Finance is a plus
  • Experience of Cash reconciliation, trade settlement, monitor receipt and disbursement of funds through to settlement across client operating accounts
  • Motivated team members with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Act as a support to the Client Service Manager who has overall responsibility for ensuring that the duties as contracted are being provided by BNY Mellon
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong decision making skills
