L & D Executive – JWHR120
We are currently working with a professional membership body who are seeking to hire an L&D Executive to join their Dublin 4 based operation. They organisation has over 25,000 members who are supported by the L&D Team made up on 9 members. Due to growth, they are keen to grow this team with an experienced L&D professional. The organisation prides itself on collaboration and communication with it’s professions to drive standards and quality in their sector.
In this role you will partnering with training providers to provide courses for the membership body which are accredited by CPD. You will liaise with the members and various stakeholders to assess requirements and research industry trends to develop new areas of learning. You will have some budgetary responsibility and will assist with the organisation of the events.
In this role you will get the opportunity to work with an established team but the scope to grow your role as you progress. There is also great work/life balance with working hours.
To apply, you must have 3 years L&D experience, strong relationship management skills and project management skills. Great communications skills are also essential.
