A current leader in cybersecurity software is currently seeking to hire a HR Business Partner to join their Dublin operation. This employer has almost 300 employees across the US, EMEA and Asia. They are currently going through a period of strong growth and have decided to strengthen their HR Team by adding this newly created role to their Dublin Team. This role will report to the VP of Global HR who is based in the US. Some travel will be required. This organisation prides itself on being Customer Focussed and all employees have a passion for problem solving and delivering results.
In this role you will be working with all business leaders in the EMEA region to support them and deliver people management strategy including performance management, talent acquisition, engagement and communication. Working with the Global VP of HR, you will be accountable for delivering HR programmes and policies as part of the global team whilst being given the opportunity to develop localised practices and procedures. Due to the growth plans of the organisation, talent acquisition is a key area of this role along with developing a healthy work culture across the organisation.
As the growth period progresses, so will this role develop.
Applicants require 5-7yrs HR experience within Tech/Internet/MNC sectors ideally. Strong communications, a HR Qualification and a knowledge of Irish Employment Law are essential.
