Do you have strong administration experience and seeking a new opportunity to develop your career?

Our client is a well know global advisory company based in South Dublin and are currently seeking two administrators to join their busy offices due to continued growth within the company.
They offer a competitive salary and great benefits.
Candidates must have proven experience supporting a busy office and have strong communication skills. 

Responsibilities include:
• Diary Management
• Monthly billing and Invoicing,
• Running daily reports.
• Travel Arrangements.
• Scheduling meetings and dealing with guests and clients.
• Ad-hoc admin duties including filing, photocopying, binding etc.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years administration experience.
• Microsoft Office Experience.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ideally coming from an accountancy or law background.
