Events Coordinator – FTC

Large multinational company seeking experienced Events Coordinator to join busy offices in Dublin City Centre.  Ideally someone who has 3 years’ experience working on Business Events majority events being conferences.
All candidates must have client facing and stakeholder management experience, ideally coming from another large multinational company.
Must be a proven great multitasker as will be expected to work on multiple projects and events simultaneously.
Someone with a creative background is desirable.

• Planning and executing events logistics.
• Onsite event managements.
• Working alongside sales and marketing teams.
• Stakeholder management.
• Organising signage and entertainment
• Working on multiple events at one time.
• Tracking and measurement of events.

Requirements:

• Between 3-5 years’ experience in an events role.
• A degree in a relevant field.
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
