Complaints Handler

6 months contract

An independent public body responsible for managing complaints is looking for a Complaints Handler to join the team on 6 months contract.

You will be acting as a point in the middle between two parties acting as negotiator and managing the process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing complaints within financial services or banking OR experience working within mediations;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of financial services and pension legislation.
