6 months contract
An independent public body responsible for managing complaints is looking for a Complaints Handler to join the team on 6 months contract.
You will be acting as a point in the middle between two parties acting as negotiator and managing the process.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing complaints within financial services or banking OR experience working within mediations;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of financial services and pension legislation.
