Job description

A global SaaS company is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for EMEA.


The role will be the first ever marketing recruit outside of their US HQ and will report to a US-based CMO.


Key Responsibilities:


§  Develop and deliver the EMEA marketing strategy and to meet agreed pipeline targets and deliver on regional growth, account based metrics and engagement goals.


§  Define and successfully execute key prospects, customer and partner events to support key pipeline and customer renewal goals across the region.


§  Drive creative, smart demand generation activities in the region including email, search, sponsorships, direct marketing, social tools, and online events programs to achieve company targets.


§  Lead key initiatives across Marketing that will have a positive impact on growth, efficiency, retention, and the Customer Experience / Journey in the different regions.


§  Collaborate with marketing, sales operations and growth teams to execute localised initiatives that help grow and penetrate new markets.


§  Assist in localising processes, workflows, and sales content communication strategies to improve the efficiency of the marketing team.


§  Develop and regularly report clear, actionable reporting, dashboards and analysis


§  Ownership for all EMEA marketing pipeline



Key Requirements:


§  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.


§  Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in global B2B marketing  


§  A proven track record of planning, executing and optimising localised B2B demand generation and enterprise marketing programs.


§  A proven track record of growing business for an entire region


§  Strong understanding of the EMEA wide B2B landscape


§  Experience in regional marketing operations and localising processes & strategies for each region


§  You are an experienced marketer who understands the technology sales cycle, sales development programs, communications, and inbound & outbound marketing campaigns


§  It is important that you have an entrepreneurial drive and due to the remote nature of the reporting structure have the ability to work independently.


§  You are experienced with, marketing automation Google Analytics, and any other tech/ tool that enhances lead engagement and conversion.


You have the ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively and effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
