Logistics Coordinator (German Speaking)

Job description

My client a Cork based pharmaceutical company require a Logistics Co-Coordinator.

Fluency in German is essential here.

Key duties will include but not limited to :

  • Be seen as a “go-to” info resource for logistics processing & related queries.
  • Effectively process all manual orders received through phone, fax & email
  • Ensuring priority for urgent orders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Effective manage all customer disputes to resolve any issues with orders.
  • Coordinating with Finance or Supply Chain teams and escalating issues where applicable.
  • Review key metrics & communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met
  • Experience with SAP O2C Module.
  • 2/3 years experience in a related role required.
  • Interaction Client Phone system.
  • A relevaant Degree/Diploma is essential.
  • Experience in Business Warehouse or Business Objects, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
