Inside Sales, Medical Supplies Ashbourne Area
Our client is seeking two inside sales people to join their telesales department. This is an outbound sales role to established and perspective customers.
This company are in the growth phase and have been expanding the last number of years and are forecasting to continue this growth. This growth leads to opportunities and once a candidate has grown a customer base, they will open the door to promotion, which could be management or a move into field sales if they desired.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Connecting with leads / prospects via phone and email.
- Responsible for Call cycle planning and executing prospecting / cold calling campaigns
- Outbound calling to potential leads and prospects
- Outbound calling to upsell to existing customers
- Maximising sales opportunities on calls made and referrals received
- Maintaining relations with the sales, orders and warehouse teams
- Achieve productivity and ensure KPI’s are met – eg call targets achieved, customers contacted, cross selling and upselling targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Be willing to actively seek prospects and to reach and exceed targets
- Experience in cold calling and outbound sales
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of NetSuite desirable – be computer literate and have an ability to update systems as it is received from customers over the phone or via email
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Confident, self-motivated, competitive and team player
- A background in exceeding targets and closing sales
- Adaptability to change within a role and grow within a business
This role is located near Ashbourne, Co.Meath so would suit a candidate living in North/West Dublin, Meath, Louth or North Kildare.
