Office Manager - Multilingual

Job description

Our client is a polish range food store who is seeking a multilingual Office Manager to join their head office team.  Candidates must have previous office management experience and leadership skills, strong coordination skills and have at least 3 years’ experience in administrative support roles.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the teams who will be out on different sites doing the new shop fit outs.
• Responsible for coordinating logistics and accommodation for the site staff across the different projects.
• Delegating tasks to junior members of staff.
• Attending meetings with senior management.
• Implementing new systems processes.
• Managing and creating new filing systems.
• Organising staff meetings.
• Managing office budgets.
• Organising training and conferences.
• Travel arrangements.
• Liaising with service providers.
• Responding to correspondence.
• Additional Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in an office management role.
• Must have one or more of the following languages Polish, Lithuanian, Russian or Romanian.
• Must have 3 years’ experience in office support roles.
• Strong IT skills.
• Ideally a 3rd level degree.
