What you will be doing
- Capture investigate and triage trouble tickets.
- Debug and resolve issues.
- Build FAQs.
- 1+ years’ Tier 2 or 3 engineering support experience.
- Programming experience with C# and .Net.
- Experience with database systems and SQL Server.
Bonus skills and experience
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience logging into servers remotely.
