Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious .Net Support Engineer to support amazing software, work with cutting edge technology, and progress into a developer position within 6-9 months.

What you will be doing

  • Capture investigate and triage trouble tickets.
  • Debug and resolve issues.
  • Build FAQs.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years’ Tier 2 or 3 engineering support experience.
  • Programming experience with C# and .Net.
  • Experience with database systems and SQL Server.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience logging into servers remotely.
